    We service the Central Coast of California, including San Luis Obispo and the northern half of Santa Barbara county, excluding Lompoc.

    If you believe there is an unsafe electrical hazard or need timely service, we provide 1-hour emergency service 24 hours a day.

    EMP accepts the following forms of payment and does not charge any processing fees: Cash, credit or debit card, local personal or business check, ACH / eChecks (businesses only), electronic payment.
