We had smoke coming out of a switchplate in our bedroom
We had smoke coming out of a switchplate in our bedroom. We called late on a Friday and Terry came out and checked the situation. Our switchbox was blown out. Evidently it had never been grounded. Terry went out and got us a new one and installed it. The call cost more than their usual fee because it was an emergency call—we wanted service right away. But it was well worth it! Terry was professional and friendly and we will definitely use this company again for our electrical needs.
